VAN PLYWOOD SHELVING UNIT
Universal Van Racking system.
Two seperate units are supplied which can be positioned along the driverside of most panel vans, the 2 units can be screwed together to form one large unit, The combined size of both the units will be overall length 1892mm long with a height of 1143mm and a depth at the base of 365mm.
The dimensions of each unit is as follows.
RACK WR9 - Unit has height of 1143mm x 946mm wide and depth at the base of 365mm, comprises of 3 shelves, 2 of the shelves are divided into small pigeon hole compartments. Comes with back panel supplied so will work in vans even if they haven't been plylined. This is the unit that would normally sit over the wheel arch in you van.
Shelf sizes are as follows starting from the top:
Shelf 1 ( Top ) - 946mm wide x 131mm deep
Shelf 2 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 200mm high (with central divider)
Shelf 3 - 946mm wide x 354mm deep x 348mm high (with central divider)
Clearance from floor to underside of bottom shelf 427mm high
RACK WR12 - Unit has height of 1143mm x 946mm wide and depth at the base of 354mm, comprises of 4 shelves, 3 of the shelves are divided into small pigeon hole compartments. Supplied with 6 large plastic bins and 6 medium bins as per the image. Comes with back panel supplied so will work in vans even if they haven't been ply lined.

Shelf 1 ( Top ) - 946mm wide x 260mm deep
Shelf 2 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 200mm high
Shelf 3 - 946mm wide x 345mm deep x 200mm high
Shelf 4 - 946mm wide x 345mm deep x 365mm high
Clearance from floor to underside of bottom shelf 197mm high.WILL NOT FIT OVER A WHEEL ARCH.
CNC cut with Interlocking shelves and mortise and tenon joints throughout for maximum strength and rigidity, constructed from 12mm ply. Retaining lip to all compartments, much less rattles than steel shelving when on the move.
These units are supplies flat packed will full assembly instructions and due to mortice and tenon joint design they only take 15 minutes to assemble. They can be assembled to fit on the drivers side of the van.
