VAN PLYWOOD SHELVING UNIT
Universal Van Racking system.
COMPLETE VAN STORAGE SOLUTION PLYWOOD SHELVING UNITS
This universal combination has been designed to work on the drivers side and near side of panel vans
Three separate units are supplied, two of which can be positioned along the driver side of most panel vans, one can be used on the passenger side of the van.
The 2 units (a WR2 and a WR4)can be screwed together to form one large unit, The combined size of both the units will be overall length 1892mm long with a height of 1143mm and a depth of 272mm. The other WR2 unit can be fitted to the passenger side of the van.
The dimensions of each unit is as follows.
RACK WR2 - Unit has height of 1143mm x 946mm wide and depth at the base of 272mm, comprises of 3 shelves, 2 of the shelves are divided into small pigeon hole compartments. Comes with back panel supplied so will work in vans even if they haven't been ply lined.
Shelf sizes are as follows starting from the top:
Shelf 1 ( Top ) - 946mm wide x 260mm deep
Shelf 2 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 200mm high
Shelf 3 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 348mm high
Clearance from floor to underside of bottom shelf 427mm high. This is high enough to clear most wheel arches, however if your van has been ply lined check against size of timber wheel arch boxes in your van.
WR2 unit does include 6 red linbins.
RACK WR4 - Unit has height of 1143mm x 946mm wide and depth at the base of 272mm, comprises of 4 shelves, 3 of the shelves are divided into small pigeon hole compartments. Comes with back panel supplied so will work in vans even if they haven't been plylined.
This WR4 unit does include the 12 reds linbins.

Shelf 1 ( Top ) - 946mm wide x 260mm deep
Shelf 2 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 200mm high
Shelf 3 - As per shelf 2
Shelf 4 - 946mm wide x 260mm deep x 365mm high
Clearance from floor to underside of bottom shelf 197mm high. This unit does not go over the wheel arch.
CNC cut with Interlocking shelves and mortise and tenon joints throughout for maximum strength and rigidity, constructed from 12mm ply. Retaining lip to all compartments, much less rattles than steel shelving when on the move.
These units are supplies flat packed will full assembly instructions and due to mortise and tenon joint design they only take 15 minutes to assemble.
Please note timber is a natural product so the plywood colour may vary from the image, colour may vary between different boards.
